This is one of the easiest and tastiest jello salads I've found. I like it a lot because it is different from all the old usual fruit and jello standbys.
And if you top it with a scoop of low fat cottage cheese you get protein as well. So get ready....this recipe is so short you might miss it if you blink.
Ingredients:
1 bag of cabbage & carrots grated for cole slaw
2 boxes sugar free lemon or lime jello
Make the jello, top with cole slaw mix, make sure to submerge the mix. Let set up. Cut in squares and serve. That's it!
Cabbage is known as a body 'cleanser'. It's so good for you and this salad is delicious.
